日本優妮嬌聯株式會社(Unicharm Corp)近日決定，願意開放讓20多歲的女性錄取者先產子、後上班，以保留人才。

據日本《每日新聞》報導，該公司指出，許多女性的懷孕時間落在20多歲，但過去有很多女性一但懷孕，就無法保留新工作錄取的機會。現在公司為了保留女性人才，願意開放讓懷孕的新錄取者先產子，再正式上班。該制度預計從明年春天開始啟用，年齡上限為30歲。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
