環保署今天審查「新訂清境風景特定區計畫」，因南投縣政府未更新地質敏感區資料，會議主席裁示退件，建議重新修訂後再審。

環境保護署今天召開「新訂清境風景特定區計畫政策評估說明書」政策環評會議，南投縣政府表示，清境內有109家民宿，約9成5民宿有違章建築，為輔導合法，因此訂定清境風景區特定計畫，將現有民宿分布區改劃為風景區，若全案通過後，合法民宿將由5家擴增為41家，其他68家則部分拆除。

台灣水資源保育聯盟、台灣綠色酷兒協會等環保團體質疑，南投縣政府不先取締不法違建及業者的違法廢水排放，卻以訂定「新訂清境風景特定區」將違法就地合法化，擔心此例一開，將來台灣飲用水保護區、土石流潛勢區、山坡地保育區等可能會違法開發。

環評委員則提出程序問題並質疑，經濟部在3月曾公告新的山崩與地滑地敏感區劃定計畫書，但南投縣政府報告中，卻未更新相關資料；環評主席因此裁示，為避免行政資源浪費，退回此案，並建議南投縣政府重新規劃調整報告內容後，再送到環保署進行政策環評。(中央社)
