歐洲銀行CEO薪酬大躍進 年增逾15% 最高激增40%

《CNBC》報導，歐洲大型銀行高階主管去年薪酬大躍進，平均年增幅度超過 15%，最高甚至超過 40%。

《CNBC》周二（29日）報導，歐洲大型銀行高階主管去年薪酬大躍進，平均年增幅度超過 15%，最高甚至超過 40%。

研究機構 Equilar 對 14 家大型歐洲銀行進行調查，其中以法國東方匯理銀行（Credit Agricole）與瑞士信貸（Credit Suisse）（CSGN-CH）執行長薪酬增加最顯著，分別較 2012 年成長 43% 與 28%。

東方匯理去年終於終結兩年虧損，執行長 Jean-Paul Chifflet 薪酬也隨之躍升至 280 萬美元。

不過與總額排名第一的匯豐（HSBC）（HSBA-UK）相較仍差了一大節，該英國金融集團執行長 Stuart Gulliver去年薪酬高達 1270 萬美元，年增率 5%。

上述統計包含底薪、現金股利，以及股票股利等分紅。

排名第二的是勞埃德銀行集團（Lloyds Banking Group）（LLOY-UK）的 António Horta-Osório，去年總薪酬 1250 萬美元。

Equilar 指出，總體而言 2013 年歐洲大型銀行 CEO 薪酬均值為 870 萬美元，較前年的 750 萬美元上升約 16%。
