每周喝碗豬血湯　阿基師教炒菜戴口罩防癌

勞動部昨宣布，職業病鑑定委員會近日完成全國首例廚師罹患肺腺癌為職業病案例，福容大飯店行政總主廚鄭衍基（阿基師）教自保。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，阿基師說，不覺得油煙和肺腺癌有關，目前大型飯店也多會要求廚師每年做健檢；他也要求旗下廚師盡量以低油煙方式烹調，戴口罩避免油煙危害。建議每周至少喝一次豬血湯，可以幫助肺氣管吸附清理功能。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
