俄對烏國肆行種族滅絕刑事立案

路透報導，俄羅斯29日發表官方聲明，表示已針對烏克蘭於烏東的行為，進行刑事立案。俄國指控烏國在烏東對操俄語居民肆行種族滅絕行動。烏東目前處於緊張停火中，俄國的動作可能升高烏東緊張情勢。

官方聲明指出，烏克蘭以重武器於「盧甘斯克與頓內次克人民共和國」，殺害逾2500名操俄語居民，「調查委員會已就這項種族滅絕行為立案調查」。
