【壹週刊】老客戶免費升 台灣之星不認

案情
基隆張小姐是台灣之星（原威寶電信）的用戶，七月間因SIM卡毀損，前往特約門市更換，店內人員告知張小姐合約到期，台灣之星的4G服務雖尚未開台，但原 3G用戶可免費升級，還有多項話費優惠，期限只到八月底，張小姐簽下每月月租費一三八八元的合約後，店內人員表示，請她等開台即可。十月初，張小姐突然發現自己的手機從未有過4G訊號，以為是收訊不佳，去電台灣之星客服，才知該特約門市現已無營業，客服說，不知當初對方怎麼向她說明，但針對舊用戶有寄簡訊提醒九月底前來換約，她沒來，所以喪失原先的優惠......點我免費看全文
