每個季節都有專屬的酒》這三款酒，「秋天」喝超對味！

今年的熱天特別長，天氣熱實在不利品酒。到了10月中旬，好不容易天氣才涼爽了些，和大家分享一下我今年準備了哪些酒「過秋天」！

一、香檳 Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage Brut 2006

秋天對於上班族來說，氣候涼爽，相對地聚會、宴會也多了些，而香檳是個很適合「跑趴」的酒。

第一次喝到這款香檳時，可以聞到一股清爽的香氣中夾雜著西洋梨、白色花朵、柑橘，還有一點點的乾草堆與橡木桶的氣味；輕盈的泡泡不斷在嘴巴湧現，酸度適中，重複著清爽的白色花香、柑橘之外，還多了烘烤麵包與葡萄柚的香氣，彷彿走在涼爽午後的市集步道上。是款有結構性、易飲的香檳。

這樣的香檳，除了適合跑趴，到日本料理店搭配牡丹蝦或干貝生魚片，會是很好的組合；海產店的清蒸沙公、三點蟹，這類味道清甜的蟹類，也很適合它。
