元大證韓國 遭罰3.5億韓圜

元大金 (2885)今代子公司元大證券 (韓國)公告其受韓國FSC核處罰鍰韓圜3.5億元 (約新台幣1000萬元)並暫停部分業務行為一個月。前開罰鍰若在104年2月23日前繳交，可以80%計繳 (即約新台幣800萬元）。

元大金表示，韓國FSC來函針對前東洋證券 (即更名後的元大證券 (韓國)) 於99年2月至102年9月間，部分特定金錢信託及承銷業務有不當銷售情形予以懲處。

該主管機關的處分情形，除了核處罰鍰韓圜3.5億元，並暫停部分特定金錢信託及公司債承銷業務行為一個月。元大金預計改善措施，將提供員工訓練及加強內部控制。

元大金表示，前開不當銷售的業務行為，是發生在前東洋集團經營管理時期，元大證券 (韓國)是在103年6月11日成為元大證券亞洲金融的子公司。
