王品先停用豬油故說沒用　衛生局改口不罰

針對王品集團產品使用問題豬油，卻在11日稽查時未說明清楚，台中市衛生局原本以隱匿實情打算重罰，但王品集團今緊急主動派員前往台中市衛生局進行說明，衛生局晚間改口表明將不予責罰!

台中市衛生局食藥科科長邱惠慈表示，根據11日的稽查紀錄，王品員工當時說的是「公司沒有使用豬油!｣，衛生局稽查人員13日接獲新北市通報再度前往王品，發現進貨單中確實載明「正義香豬油」、「北海油脂香豬油」及「新萬香豬油」3品牌豬油，此3種非強冠違規油品，且已於9月11日預防性自主回收下架。

邱惠慈表示，王品解釋9月11日稽查當日現場工作人員的確是依據公司現況回答，當時公司已全面回收停用豬油，故表示未使用豬油，並無蓄意隱匿或提供不實資料。

衛生局表示，王品公司為預防性自主回收下架，且所使用之3品牌豬油均非屬公告不合格品項，本次調查結果確認該公司並無蓄意隱匿或提供不實之意圖，故不予裁罰。(鄭敏玲／台中報導)
