美國國務卿凱瑞18日在波士頓會晤大陸國務委員楊潔篪時說，美中兩國除持續有效地管控分歧，當前在伊波拉疫情、伊斯蘭國（IS）及北韓核武議題上，更須雙方攜手合作。

凱瑞（John Kerry）17日已和楊潔篪舉行非正式晚餐會，今天上午展開雙邊對話前，先後向外界說明兩人討論的議題時，凱瑞作上述表示。

凱瑞指出，美、中在合作過程中除須有效管控分歧外，當前包括伊波拉疫情、阿富汗情勢、北韓局勢及核問題、伊朗、氣候變遷、IS及反恐議題上，更有賴雙方努力合作。

楊潔篪隨後表示，大陸國家主席習近平與美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）去年在加州陽光莊園（Sunnylands）舉行高峰會後，確立兩國建立新型大國關係的模式，已取得有效進展。

他說，亞太是重要區域，經濟發展勢頭強勁，須雙方共同努力，在區域問題上多合作，而在伊波拉疫情及氣候變遷議題上，中美今後還會有更多對話。

楊潔篪這趟美國行還將前往美國首府華盛頓，為11月將登場的亞太經濟合作會議（APEC）非正式領袖會議安排相關事宜，他說，尤其要為歐巴馬及習近平的「歐習會」先行鋪路。(中央社)
