公投提案門檻行政院同意降到千分之三

立法院內政委員會今天審查公民投票法部分條文修正草案，針對提案門檻降低爭議，行政院祕書長簡太郎表示，行政院經過精算後，同意將門檻從最近一次總統、副總統選舉人總數千分之五調降為千分之三，大概是5萬4000人。這應該是必要的，這一條沒有空間。
