桃源區回饋金保意外險　最高賠8萬元

高雄市桃源區利用水利署水質水量保護區回饋金，為當地居民投保意外險，當地居民因故傷亡，最高可獲8萬元保險理賠。
 
高市桃源區公所表示，桃源區山區路況差，且當地居民部分從事營造等高危險職業，區公所即利用回饋金協助當地居民投保意外險，讓當地民眾生活更有保障。
 
桃源區代理區長谷縱說，區公所每年約有2千萬的水質水量保護區回饋金，除用補助當地居民電費、學生營養午餐費用外，日前也為全區居民投保意外險，將回饋金落實使用於居民身上。
 
這個意外險是以129萬9千元為設籍當地的4547位居民，投保公共意外險，投保期間為今年4月1日起至明年3月底，是高市三個原民區中最先利用回饋金實施全區居民投保意外險的行政區。
