羅智強批王金平：成司法的王

因馬王之爭，總統府副秘書長羅智強日前向馬英九總統請辭已獲准。他上午在臉書上再度留言，批評王金平近日表現，在向社會公示，自己是王，不但是立法的王、是行政的王、現在更是司法的王。

這篇臉書被認為是針對王金平而寫，不過羅智強表示，他是回應前民進黨主席施明德昨天對他的批評。施明德昨天批羅智強，「像一個殺老大的小弟，就算他暫離政壇，但他呼籲，大家一定要好好記得他這次的作為。」
