郭正亮：彈劾恐救馬　立院應成立調查委員會

【張麗娜／台北報導】繼前立委林濁水提醒民進黨彈劾很可能適得其反後，前立委郭正亮今也在臉書表示，立法院長王金平至今仍尊馬，首要目標仍是回國民黨，豈有可能支持彈劾？王一旦不支持，彈劾連提案都不會成立，不但民進黨會飽受議論，還會因為藍綠對決，使國民黨團結起來。

郭說，馬王之爭，目前最明顯是王上馬下，王民調達到空前高峰，但值得注意的是，民進黨民調並未增加，何以至此？民眾固然反馬，但也擔心政局動盪，彈劾會引起動盪憂慮，反將轉移了追究特偵組違法濫權焦點，恐將因此救了馬。

郭認為，最好行動，是在立法院成立調查委員會，調查特偵組是否涉及違法濫權，此外，立法院作為自律團體，王柯兩人有責任向立法院報告關說案真相，澄清自己清白。
