歷年最高！ 2013年共430間房仲倒閉

今年中古屋的交易開始下滑，年全台倒店的房仲高達430間是歷年最高，甚至比金融海嘯時還要多，房仲公會理事長說，2014年房仲業會出現倒店的比開店的還多的「死亡交叉」，過完年後絕對會有更多店關門大吉。

鐵門深鎖還掛出大大的招租招牌，房仲店面變得冷冷清清，撐不過這波景氣寒冬的業者直接關門大吉。下半年景氣不明朗，不管代銷或房仲業績全都衰退甚至關店，根據房仲公會全聯會提供的資料，從2008年金融海嘯以來開店的家數有起有落，但關門的家數卻是一年比一年高，截至2013年11月為止倒店家數430間是歷年來最高，公會理事長表示，最快2014年就會出現，倒店比開店間數還多的，房仲業死亡交叉。

年底是各家業者拚業績的最後關頭，但2013年11月全台房市的交易量卻比10月還要下降6%，歸根究柢業者認為是奢侈稅的開徵，造成房市交易量窒息，奢侈稅開徵兩年以來，房市成交量大約減少20%，但是房價卻沒有下降多少，政府的打房美意，現在似乎全打到了房仲身上。
