標題[請問] 何謂 判決要旨 以及 起訴事實?

不知道在這邊發問這個問題得不得當(因為我知道有律師版) 最近在看智慧財產法院有關刑事的判決 我想問的是 如何從落落長的 事實 以及 理由 裡面 找到判決要旨跟起訴事實 我想應該不是整段都是吧 就是有比較精確的重點 哀 看了好幾篇 看了好幾天 都沒有辦法找到 我連最基本的判決要旨中文字意是甚麼 都不太了解 希望能有唸過法律的網友可以幫幫忙 回答一下 感激不盡... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.146.54.10
