有沒有車位沒有一定好賣吧!
今天正常來說車位價跟房價應該是脫鉤的!
並不會因為有車位你的房價就可以賣比較高!
當然遇到不懂的，讓車位坪數也灌倒房屋坪數或許有機會!
超多不肖仲介都這樣搞!
只是當有車位你的總價也相對提高~
看的人也相對會減少吧!
當有人想買只差一個車位價格你會願意賣嗎?

PS:如在郊區附近交通環境又不好，停車格又少的話或許會好賣
