卸下秘書長工作 陳威仁：高潮迭起

行政院上午舉行新舊任秘書長交接典禮。卸下秘書長職務、即將接任內政部長的陳威仁在致詞時，回顧一年的秘書長任期，他形容「高潮迭起」、「驚濤駭浪」，他說，一年來經歷核四、十二年國教等驚濤駭浪的事情，雖然過程中高潮迭起，但慶幸總能平順度過，他除了謝謝行政院同仁，也感謝立法院長王金平、副院長洪秀柱、秘書長林錫山與朝野黨團的協助。

陳威仁說，換工作是新的開始，他會全力以赴，盡快與同仁研究提出該作的事情。
