姚文智：葉世文這次會出事 有點意外

桃園縣副縣長葉世文涉入收賄弊案。民進黨立委姚文智表示，葉世文在馬政府任內擔任營建署長達5年，而這個職務主管全國營造及住宅業務，資源龐大，擔任這個職務都與行政首長有相當大的關係，因此總統馬英九、副總統吳敦義及行政院長江宜樺，應該要把過去葉世文參與過的案子都交代清楚。

姚文智說，在歷任署長中，葉世文屬於公關取向，不但在政界有很多朋友，酒量好像也不錯，在立院的手腕也很高明，但在主管的居住正義部分，說得比做得多。姚文智並說，葉世文這次會出事，過去並沒有聽到什麼風聲，有點意外。
