道班工遭撞死 駕駛員靈堂上香

（中央社記者廖壬楷台中14日電）台鐵自強號7日在台中龍井站撞死兩名道班工，蕭姓駕駛員今天到死者何諸聰靈堂上香，面對家屬追問是否鳴笛一事，蕭男僅以點頭表示有鳴笛。

蕭姓駕駛員在死者頭七這一天，在台灣鐵路管理局機務處副處長楊德安等人陪同下，首度前往死者何諸聰靈堂上香，蕭男全程不發一語，上香後即與台鐵人員一同離開。

家屬不滿蕭男連一句慰問的話都沒說，打電話向台鐵人員反映，蕭男才又折返。他折返何家後，家屬質問「你當時有鳴笛嗎?」，蕭男僅點頭2次，但並未認錯及道歉。

此外，死者何諸聰的三女何雲卿向楊德安表示，肇事的同班次自強號列車，現在通過龍井站時都會鳴笛，她說「這是用我爸爸的命換來的」，要求台鐵給家屬真相。

台鐵112車次自強號火車7日上午9時33分經過台鐵龍井站時，撞到當時正在進行維修作業的何姓與黃姓道班工，造成兩人當場身亡。

台中地檢署檢察官何昌翰8日到事故現場勘查，並偵訊自強號蕭姓駕駛員，訊後蕭男依業務過失致死罪嫌，諭令以新台幣10萬元交保。1030714
