分析師強森：葉倫說的對 美國股市價值已高估

上周Fed主席葉倫說社群媒體股與生技股已超漲，該談話引發了廣泛的討論。

這談話並無可厚非，但葉倫畢竟是一位總體經濟學家，並不善於股市交易。

然而一位市場分析師卻說，葉倫說的對。

「社群媒體股與生技股，股價已見超漲，」HJ顧問公司分析師強森(Hugh Johnson)說。

「整體市場而言，我認為股市已溫和高估。」 根據強森說法，葉倫可謂完全正確。

那麼他現在是如何操作股票？「以普通常識而言，股價理應回檔整理。」強森說，他表示2013年股市已大幅上漲，2014年亦走勢堅穩。

他說大家談論的回檔，真的就要來了。

很可能，那些溫和高估的股價，會回檔並創造出良好的買進機會。

但他警告，美國股市仍屬多頭市場，在等待回檔的過程中，全數出脫持股，並非良策。
