波蘭總理 將任下屆歐盟理事會主席

歐盟高峰會今天決定下任歐盟理事會主席由現任波蘭總理圖斯克接任，歐盟對外事務最高官員則由義大利現任外長莫哈里妮接任。

圖斯克今天獲同意出任歐盟下屆理事會主席，被視為與近來俄國對烏克蘭的行動有關。波蘭是烏克蘭危機爆發以來，主張對俄國採取強烈行動的代表國家。

此外，莫哈里妮確定接任現任歐盟外交最高官員艾希頓一職，先前她曾被部分國家質疑過於年輕及對俄國總統普亭相當友善，但圖斯克確認接任歐盟理事會主席後，被認為可有平衡作用，今天也獲各國領袖同意接任歐盟外交事務最高官員。
