柯文哲：陳水扁醫療問題已無爭議

法務部長羅瑩雪今天下午召開記者會，表示前總統陳水扁如果再次向法務部提出聲請保外就醫，矯正署擬擴大鑑定小組。擔任陳水扁民間醫療小組召集人的台北市長當選人柯文哲，今晚受訪時被問到此事時說，他還是建議總統馬英九再思考，因為這是解決藍綠之間的紛爭的機會。有記者詢問柯上任後，會不會辭去召集人職務。柯說，當初是沒人想淌渾水，他來處理，扁經過多家醫院診斷，醫療上已無爭議，「我有沒有當召集人，在這階段不重要」。接下來還是政治問題，用政治解決。

記者再追問柯是否要辭召集人，柯說，他忙選舉，已半年沒去開會，之前已開過五十幾次會，他仍要強調，扁的問題在醫療上沒爭議。至於法務部擬擴大鑑定小組，柯嘆了一口大氣說，「已經鑑定到不要鑑定了」。
