台中拆違建 兩層以上影響公安列優先

台中市政府都發局表示，違建優先處理垂直兩層以上、影響公安的新違章建築，共379處。另100年4月20日後興建的既存違建也列入優先範圍，有1萬2299處。

市府因拆除人力經費不足，市府先限定違建者一個月內自行拆除。未改善者則按違建態樣，依建築法、區域計畫法或都市計畫法等規定裁罰。裁罰後仍未改善者，公告封閉使用；封閉後仍繼續使用者，則強制拆除。
