黃健庭收藥商回扣案非貪汙不須停職

台東縣長黃健庭十餘年前擔任立委時，被檢方指控藉助理名義向藥商收取回扣案，案經台北地院審理終結，合議庭認無貪汙事證，今改依違反商業會法判處黃健庭有期徒刑6月，台東縣政府人事處處長游梅子說，因黃非以貪汙罪判刑，即無涉公務人員懲戒法，也就沒有停職的問題。

台東縣長黃健庭十年前擔任立法委員期間，被控藉張姓助理收受藥商回扣兩百多萬元，經台中地檢署偵辦後依貪汙罪嫌起訴，全案經台北地方法院審理終結，承審的台北地院今天審判，合議庭認黃健庭無貪汙事證，改依違反商業會法判處黃健庭有期徒刑6月，得易科罰金18萬元，全案可上訴。
