標題[問題] 安全衛生管理人員是否適用於責任制

不知道這問題適不適合在這板上問因為目前任職於營造業的勞安人員(派駐工地) 休假制度是依公司規定進行排休每一個月休假大約是五到六天(每天固定工時為8.5小時) 但發現勞安人員好像不適用於勞動基準法84條之1的責任制規定工地監造人員那關於這點不知道各位怎麼看呢? 當然不是說自己想偷懶多休假就是，只是想了解怎樣是比較符合自己權益就是還希望各位比較專業的給我一些意見，感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.166.193.175 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1431132853.A.0BE.html
