力霸案王令台獲假釋將可出獄

（中央社記者劉世怡台北10日電）力霸集團總裁王又曾長子王令台因掏空案入監服刑後，日前獲假釋。台灣高等法院裁准假釋期間付保護管束，最快本週出獄。

王又曾家族因涉掏空力霸、東森集團新台幣320億元，民國102年8月間遭最高法院駁回部分上訴，其中王又曾5名子女，包括東森集團前總裁王令麟及兄妹王令一、王令僑、王令台與王令楣，分遭判刑3年8月到11年6月不等刑度定讞。

台北地檢署陸續傳喚王令一、王令僑、王令台、王令楣及王令麟等人到案發監執行，王令台當時因病開刀，改隔月入監服刑。

王令台因力霸東森案，觸犯偽造文書，背信，商業會計法，遭法院判處合併執行3年9月定讞。他在去年底首度申請假釋，遭駁回後，矯正署日前審酌他的累進處遇，通過他的假釋。1040510
