江揆：會計法修法不符公平原則

行政院長江宜樺今天說，會計法修正案規定對教授及研究人員苛刻，對民代寬鬆，不符公平原則，聽取各界意見後決定提覆議。

江宜樺今天出席「核電關鍵報告」新書記者會後，接受媒體訪問時做上述表示。

總統馬英九今天針對會計法修法衍生的爭議，向社會各界道歉，並指示行政院依照憲法增修條文，向立法院提出覆議。

江宜樺表示，行政院已向總統報告，對會計法修法提出覆議，等於將整個修正案交回給立法院，如果覆議案成立，就回到原點。
