早晚低溫 跨年保暖

中央氣象局表示，各地今天持續回溫，早晚溫度仍低，要參加跨年或元旦升旗的民眾，要做好保暖措施。

氣象局表示，今天清晨受到輻射冷卻效應影響，加上冷空氣仍在，各地溫度偏低。台南以北及宜蘭低溫只有攝氏12到14度，高屏及花東低溫則在15到17度。

氣象局預測，白天高溫會比昨天再回升1至2度，北台灣約18、19度，其他地區則在22到25度。

今晚跨年到明天元旦清晨，氣象局說，各地低溫略回升，不過，台南以北及宜蘭低溫仍只有13、14度，中部空曠地區有機會出現12度低溫，高屏、花東低溫則在16到17度。

降雨方面，今天到元旦水氣會更少，西半部天氣穩定、多雲到晴，東半部地區雲量較多，局部地區會有零星短暫雨，不過，降雨機率不高。
