吳利軍 任深交所理事長

大陸證監會網站昨（1）日公布，前證監會主席助理吳利軍接任深圳證券交易所理事會理事長。吳利軍曾推動發展各地證監局雲端稽查的系統，未來將為繼續中小企業、網路等提供創新專業服務。

新浪財經報導，證監會主席肖鋼透過證監會網站公告，黨中央和國務院決定，吳利軍任深交所黨委書記，並提名其為深交所理事會理事長（副部長級）人選，免去其證監會黨委委員、主席助理職務。前理事長陳東征因年齡因素退休。

證監會網站顯示，吳利軍1964年出生，經濟學博士。1997年起任職於證監會，先後出任資訊中心負責人，培訓中心副主任，人事教育部副主任、主任等職；2009年4月任證監會主席助理。
