民進黨立委段宜康今（29）針對合宜住宅案對行政院長江宜樺提出質疑，段宜康針對合宜住宅案政策時任內政部長的江宜樺批評，居住正義就是要最符合有居住需要的人的利益，結果現在建商獲益幾乎百分之百，當時江宜樺作為內政部長，「你覺得這個叫正義嘛？根本你是問心有愧吧」？

段宜康表示，行政院明年度的總預算報告中沒有隻字片語提到居住正義，江宜樺最近也不太談，但這件事情最近卻飽受爭議。前營建署長葉世文因為A7合宜住宅而被收押，A7合宜住宅確實有幾個極不合理的地方。

他說，A7合宜住宅本來預計銷售2451戶，後來暴增到4614戶，其中還包括出租戶和店面。這樣的變更，使得廠商由31%的獲利上漲到81%。再加上廠商留下的大坪數、高樓層的建商保留戶，留著五年以後再賣，算得獲利98%以上。段宜康質問江宜樺，「你這個合理嗎？你不知道社會的道理嗎」？

段宜康批評，「一個政務官不需要為自己的錯誤決策負責嗎？你應該下台啊！院長請你下台吧！」

江宜樺對此僅回應指出，戶數變化的討論，當時的內政部並沒有介入，因為這是由營建署主辦的案子。
