NCC：基地台密度越高　電磁波越低

為提供民眾對電磁波正確觀念，國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）邀請國際電機電子工程師協會（IEEE）轄下國際安全委員會，負責制訂電磁波安全標準工作小組前主席周重光，在明天NCC舉辦的「行動通信電磁波研討會」中針對電磁波安全為主題，進行專題演講。
 
NCC表示，基地台建設的密度愈高，每個基地台被劃分的服務區域面積愈小，發射的功率及電磁波也愈低。手機與基地台鄰近通訊良好時，訊號滿格，手機也不需發射很高的功率，即可與基地台聯繫傳遞訊息。（徐毓莉／台北報導）
