頂新劣油案，彰化地檢署今天起訴頂新製油公司前董事長魏應充等人。彰化地方法院召開移審庭，魏應充等4人遭裁定續押。

彰化地方法院下午3時30分，針對頂新案6名在押被告召開接押庭，魏應充是最後1個開庭的被告。在晚間魏應充的接押庭結束後，審判長吳永梁等3名法官召開評議庭後，深夜12時多宣布裁定結果。

另外，在押的其他被告，頂新製油公司前總經理常梅峯、代理董事長陳茂嘉、大幸福公司負責人楊振益遭同樣續押。頂新屏東廠長曾啟明50萬交保、品保組長蔡俊勇無保請回。

彰化地檢署查出頂新製油公司疑從越南進口飼料油，再製作成食用油出售，認定魏應充與相關被告涉犯食品安全衛生管理法、刑法詐欺取財、加重詐欺取財、行使業務登載不實文書、製造販賣妨害衛生飲食物品等罪。犯罪所得高達新台幣4億4162萬8199元。

彰檢認定魏應充等人總計構成60次詐欺罪、79次加重詐欺罪，對魏應充求刑30年、常梅峰25年，陳茂嘉、楊振益18年；其餘被告量處適度刑度。(中央社)
