星巴克執行長薪情好薪酬漲24%

星巴克公司（Starbucks Corp.）執行長舒茲（Howard Schultz）2014年薪酬漲24%。

美聯社報導，美國證券管理委員會（SEC）的監管文件顯示，星巴克截至去年9月為止的會計年度，舒茲底薪維持在150萬美元。但股票獎勵價值增加5%至近630萬美元，績效獎金攀升30%至290萬美元。

家戶安全維護服務和退休計畫存款等額外補貼，也從21萬5933美元增至50萬2076美元。

星巴克2014年銷售改善，執行長薪水也跟著攀漲。星巴克2014會計年度總營收上升11%至164.5億美元，經調整的每股淨利增加21%至2.66美元。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
