女富商被火化後　警方要手印偵查遺產侵占案

三年前，中國廣西省女富商龐玉清病逝，留下上億元人民幣遺產。然而其家屬在分配遺產時發生爭執。龐玉清的梁姓前夫向警方報案稱，孩子的舅舅（即龐玉清的弟弟）涉嫌侵吞屬於龐玉清10歲女兒的遺產。

《中國廣播網》報導，廣西省欽州市警方隨後以涉嫌職務侵佔罪名控告龐姓男子等人。但一個月後，警方卻告訴梁男，需要龐玉清的10個手印，用來比對她生前在股權變更資料上留下的指紋，否則就只能撤案。

但死者的屍體早已火化，就連辦案警員也承認，找齊10個手印確實很難。有律師認為，警方此舉根本就是在「刁難」報案人。（黃炎坤╱綜合外電報導）
