效力印地安人的旅美投手李振昌，5日凌晨首度在熱身賽亮相，在第5局登板中繼，面對紅人他投1局沒有被擊出任何安打，雖送出1次觸身球保送，但沒有失分，終場印地安人以4比2擊退紅人。

李振昌今天是球隊第3任投手，在Josh Tomlin、T.J. House之後上場，合計面對4名人次，一上場就讓首兩名打者擊出飛球出局，面對第3名打者Tucker Barnhart控球卻失準、投出觸身球保送。

不過李振昌很快找回準星，讓首局開轟的Billy Hamilton擊出右外野飛球出局，順利解決3名人次。

此戰紅人打線遭到印地安人封鎖，全場僅敲4安，在首局靠Hamilton陽春砲、Chris Dominguez的2壘打攻下唯一2分，印地安人則敲出10支安打，備受矚目的潛力新秀Francisco Lindor單場3支2，安打數為全隊最多，幫助印地安人攻得4分、拿下勝利。
