美財長籲中國人民幣匯率由市場決定

美國財政部長陸伍30日在北京與大陸副總理汪洋會晤時表示，中國應更加聽任人民幣匯率由市場決定，且匯率政策應更加透明，此點非常重要。

他表示，促進市場及開放，符合中、美雙方的利益。美國已經明確表示，十分關心「強迫性科技轉移及其他試圖阻礙科技競爭的手段，尤其是銀行業」。

他並指出，如果中國願意深化金融改革，在全球金融體系內承擔更多責任，美國期待與中國合作。
