德商工科系畢業生最嚮往BMW集團

知名汽車公司BMW集團是許多德國商科和理工科系畢業生求職的第一志願。民調機構Trendence Institute訪問8萬名學校剛畢業的職場新鮮人，發現大多數都希望能進入汽車公司。

根據Trendence Institute的調查，對商科和理工科系畢業生最具吸引力的5家企業都是汽車公司，依次為BMW集團、奧迪集團、保時捷控股公司、福斯集團及賓士戴姆勒集團。

民調機構的專家指出，這家企業不只擁有很好品牌形象，經營得也很成功。職場新鮮人認為他有機會參與企業內前瞻性的產品研發，或是到海外工作。

調查報告也針對待遇的問題了解職場新鮮人的期望。財經科系的畢業生期望的每週工時平均是43小時，年薪則是平均在4萬3900歐元。

理工科系的畢業生對工時的期待平均是每週41.8小時，年薪平均在4萬7400歐元。
