在電影《5月一号》飾演「蔡桃桂」的楊又穎，由於遭遇網路霸凌不幸過世，原本應該參加今晚的首映會，卻無法出席徒留感傷，導演周格泰帶著片中主要演員上台致詞時，更難過到哽咽，首映位置還特別留了一個空位給楊又穎，令現場充斥說不出的哀傷。

原本楊又穎的哥哥和嫂嫂，婉拒了電影公司的邀請，不想參加首映，以免混淆宣傳重點，但沒想到在影院熄燈後，突然悄悄入場，欣賞妹妹最後的身影。

周格泰導演上台致詞時表示：「今天是我們《5月一号》的首映，我們有一個小妹妹、蔡桃桂（楊又穎片中的角色名字）今天缺席了，希望大家好好看她精彩出色的演出，彭大哥、彭大嫂希望你們也能好好欣賞Cindy（楊又穎）的演出。」
