北市環保局開環評護樹團體轟黑箱

台北市政府環保局召開環評大會，討論大巨蛋案對松菸古蹟及園區散場管理，會前松菸護樹團體在市府門口抗議幕僚未發開會通知，質疑市府黑箱作業，而這動作卻令環保局長劉銘龍（右）親自拿著公文下樓，直接對抗議中的他們嗆「胡說」，秀出開會通知後與護樹團體短暫口角，隨即自顧自的上樓離開。
