豪宅圍人行道賣車位　建商詐欺起訴

台北市文山區興隆路高級連棟別墅建案「登峰美墅」，因地下停車場面積不足，無法畫出足夠停車格，建商竟違法佔用社區左右2棟邊間別墅旁的騎樓、人行道，用籬笆隔離馬路，充當邊間住戶庭院及停車格使用。

左右兩邊的住戶花了近3千萬購屋入住後，原本建商宣稱的「庭院」，卻遭人舉報違建拆除，就連停放轎車也被檢舉開單，後來才知原來認知的「庭院」、「停車格」，根本是社區騎樓與人行道，怒告建商及銷售公司涉嫌詐欺。
 
建商出庭時還辯稱，別墅建好至今房價不斷攀升，住戶根本沒有實質損失，圍人行道則是要讓住戶自主管理、維持整潔。但台北地檢署查出，建商的模型與樣品屋讓住戶誤認庭院、停車位屬於房屋的一部分才花大錢買下，因此認定建商及銷售公司有蓄意欺瞞的意圖，今依詐欺罪起訴建商及銷售公司等3人。（游仁汶／台北報導）
