標題[問題] 開始新工作後時間卻被綁住

最近應徵上一間餐飲的工作 在面試的時候面試官就已經有講的很清楚上班時段是兩段班 因為薪水給的還不錯，所以當時我想下午還有休息時間應該是還好 可是實際上開始工作之後 卻發現其實下午的休息時間根本也做不了什麼事情 早上10點半上班，下午休息兩個半小時(其實真正休息大概1.5~2hr吧) 晚上10點下班，有時候客人多一點，收一收都已經10點半 回到家也快11點了。自己的時間可以說是少之又少。 月休是有9天沒有錯，但是總感覺好像所有的時間都卡在店舖裡面 因為我覺得公司也花了滿多心血在應徵新人，店長跟同事也都很好相處 我才到職不到一個月，就已經有想要再找新工作的念頭 可是若馬上就又提離職，這樣對於公司跟同事會不會很不好意思??? 還是應該快刀斬亂麻，趁著還沒有陷的太深的時候急流勇退呢??? 可以請各位先進給點意見嗎???
