預算不均 憤而放火 業務員獲緩刑

台北市周姓男子在銀行上班，擔任企業金融業務員一職。去年7月，他不滿公司業績預算分配不均，引燃衛生紙縱火後逃逸，火勢造成辦公會議室前鋪設的防燄地毯毛皮、大門隔音條燒毀。檢警循線逮捕，依法究辦，求處2年有期徒刑。

法院審理時，周男坦承犯行。台灣高等法院審酌周男僅將衛生紙朝防燄地毯放火，犯行未波及其他處所，單純表達抗議及紓發不平情緒，沒有燒毀建築物的故意，依公共危險罪判他一年半徒刑，並宣告緩刑3年，以啟自新。另須於判決確定後，支付公庫10萬元。全案還可上訴。
