綠地集團砸33億美元投資大馬住宅、飯店

中國國營房地產開發商綠地集團2日表示，計劃對馬來西亞兩項房地產計畫投資人民幣200億元（33億美元），以拓展海外市場。

總部設在上海的綠地集團表示，將在西馬來西亞南部的柔佛州興建住宅、服務式公寓及飯店。這兩項計畫聚焦於柔佛海峽沿岸，興建的建築樓板面積合計230萬平方公尺，其中一項是馬來西亞史上規模最大的單一計畫。

綠地集團表示，計畫在六個月內動工。

綠地集團、復星國際和萬科等中國房地產開發商近年來持續進軍國外，盼藉此拓展海外市場及滿足中國住宅買家的海外需求。
