傳鳥照問「大不大？」　男私訊約炮不起訴

1名林姓男子(20歲，有襲胸前科)自拍勃起照，今年3月8日經臉書傳訊給女網友，還約開房間，台北地檢署以「私訊」未公開散布，不構成「公然」要件，昨不起訴。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，林男透過臉書私密聊天功能，傳露鳥照給女網友，還撥她在臉書公布的手機號碼，調戲問說：「我的大不大，要不要出來打炮？」女網友報警。林男雖不起訴，但傳勃起照涉性騷擾，已移交地宜蘭縣政府查辦。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
