鳳凰颱風擾亂　蘭嶼小7停電24小時照開

媒體報導蘭嶼超商因應颱風天無法開立發票，因此民眾可先賒帳購物，待日後恢復供電再還錢。但賴姓加盟主今不滿表示：「胡扯！明明就是現金交易，哪有這種賒帳制度！」

比起旁邊也是島民原本最常消費的農會超市，賴小姐表示，農會超市都沒賒帳，「我們怎麼可能做這種事？」。賴小姐表示，由於颱風天島上停電無法使用收銀機開發票，因此「仍以現金交易，但店員則手寫紀錄條碼號碼，待今天再開發票」

不打烊成為島上的重要賣點，「小7」剛開幕麵包就被掃光，啤酒也漸漸賣完，但在颱風天賣得最好的還是熟食。賴小姐說，現在忙著補貨無法多講，雖然蘭嶼人很有人情味，「但不至於違反公司規定」，報導我們可以賒帳實在令人困擾。（劉人瑋／台東報導）
