國小營養午餐只花19元　魏應充還吃23元

頂新前董座魏應充押在彰化看守所首日，他今天早餐是吃黑芝麻饅頭及豆漿，現在到了午餐時間，所方公布的葷速食皆為有三菜一湯，素時有大黃瓜、炒豆皮、榨菜炒芹菜，還有海帶湯；一般人犯中午葷菜為瓜仔雞、筍絲炒木耳、大黃瓜，湯類為海帶湯或是南瓜湯，兩者皆是所方烘培班自製，營養健康。

所方表示，收容所每人每日伙食費約60元，中餐約23元，魏應充晚餐也會吃所方烘培班自製的素食，包括糖醋炸絲瓜，九層塔蛋，高麗菜和南瓜湯。

讀者以為23元非常刻苦，但台中市議員楊正中周四在議會總質詢指出，中市竹林國小營養午餐每人只花19元；南投埔里國小營養午餐均價19.5元，後經家長會募款，才增至21.5元，不禁令人感嘆：「學童營養午餐吃得比黑心商爛！」（李明憲／彰化報導）
