基隆議員呂美玲議場射紙飛機

基隆市政府今天下午針對基隆捷運問題進行專案報告，交旅處長李綱針對南港捷運表示，市長林右昌的構想，基隆捷運未來由台鐵主導，從國土規畫高度規畫河谷交通廊帶，藉此帶動南港以北台鐵土地與周遭地區的發展。但議員呂美玲不滿內容簡單，形容如紙飛機一樣，「射出之後還是會飛回來，一點用處也沒有」。她在議場朝市長射紙飛機，市長並沒有回應。
