呂秀蓮：十二年國教政策反覆

十二年國教排富引發爭議，前副總統呂秀蓮今天來訪南投縣時說，馬政府十二年國教政策，還沒拍板定案，就讓人四處放話，結果被外界抨擊，又朝令夕改，這也是當前馬政府最大問題，應該在還未拍板定案前，要求消息不能任意公佈，否則人民一定會慌亂。
