要一級主管簽公約 柯：不簽不能入市府

為展現清廉透明執政決心，無黨籍台北市長候選人柯文哲今臨時加碼新增記者會，要求未來市府一級主管簽署「透明廉政公約」，希望由上而下解決市府可能出現的弊端。

柯文哲表示，目前團隊正籌組各局處的遴選委員會，要求委員須向可能的人選說明簽署公約的必要性，「一級政務首長一定要同意這條件，不同意的不要來，違反的就換掉」；柯文哲說，只要主管沒有問題下面的同仁就不會有問題，如果他擔任市長，會先鎖定局處首長嚴格要求。

柯文哲說，這構想是來自總幹事姚立明向來主張反貪腐的概念，他也說，整個台北市府的反貪腐做法，將會從一級主管開始做起。
